SIT Happens Resources

A place to keep exploring.

This page is here to help you better understand, connect with, and apply the ideas we explore in SIT Happens, including practical self-help for pain, stiffness, restricted movement, and recurring discomfort.

There is nothing you need to memorize. Watch, explore, and return whenever something raises a question or helps you understand your body a little better.

Keep the conversation going...

The workshop is an introduction. These resources give you places to revisit ideas about pain relief, muscles, movement, trigger points, and the patterns your body may be using. Whether discomfort shows up as a headache or in your neck, shoulders, back, hips, knees, elbows, wrists, or feet, learning more about how the body works can give you useful places to begin.

Use what is helpful. Stay curious. The goal is not to memorize anatomy, but to develop a better understanding of what your body may be trying to tell you.

Better understanding. Better choices. Better days.
